I have a disability claim with one of Crumley Roberts lawyers and she doesn’t follow up with me she doesn’t call to let me know anything that is going on. Everything I ask her she more than likely can’t help me with. I have already been waiting a year and the only thing my “lawyer” tells me is that they are reviewing it and it may take up to 22 more months. I have a four year old I can not work I do not get any assitants but Medicaid. I thought when I got a lawyer things would move the process along faster but no it feels the exact same as before when I didn’t have a lawyer. I am very upset with the service and the way my lawyer rushes off of the phone everytime I speak with her. All in all this has been a horrible experience and I am very upset. I would never recommend this law office.

These people only want cases with tons of monetary potential. They don’t care about personal injuries or property damage that they don’t consider “bad enough” to warrant an attorney (i.e. that may not make them lots of money). Horrible people. Would never recommend.

I contacted them to help start my disability. They told me I would have to be denied first before they would help. Got my denial letter and they still would not help me. They only want cases they can win without actually doing some real work. These people don't want to help they only want a easy to win case to collect money. HORRIBLE. I have had an amazing experience with Crumley Roberts. Cristy was my case manager and she made things so easy! Also she did an excellent job making me feel less stressed by guiding me through the whole process. The patient portal was also extremely useful because I was able to upload everything (bills, appointments, Dr's notes, other expenses) and know I won't loose anything important.

Our son was involved in an automobile accident which resulted in injuries which required surgery.
