I would never recommend this law firm to ANYONE. Took $750...didn't resolve anything...even waited until after our court date to look at what we originally went to Amber for, and now is trying to bill me for time spent on the case after our last court date that should have been done months prior and I shouldn't owe anything. I can't even believe they are trying to get anymore money out of my husband and I when they did absolutely NOTHING for our case.

The only reason that this firm gets 1 star from me is that I cannot post zero stars. I had written a review a few months ago about my bad experience with this firm and now I don't see it at all. The inadequacy of this firm almost cost me my job. I was never notified that an equitable distribution case was canceled until the day before I thought the trial was to take place. I was also told by an attorney of this firm that whatever 'extra' money that I could provide for my estranged spouse, I would receive a 'credit' , for that when equitable distribution would roll around. I was later told by 2 attorneys, (from different firms) that the information given to me was incorrect. I had to fire this firm and get represented by a different firm who was more familiar with the divorce laws of NC. I feel sorry for anyone who has this firm represent them in a divorce hearing.

After not accepting a plea. The D.A. tried to get me sent to prison for life. Mrs. Baker believed in me, fought for me and fought for me as if it was her life on the line….. Words will never explain how grateful I am!
End Results!! Baker Billick won the case in a jury trial with the jury rendering a not guilty verdict!
