I was not satisfied with Mr. Kirkman's service and called his receptionist to inform her that I no longer wanted him to represent me. But he would not permit me terminate his representation. He showed up in court anyway then sent me a bill. The experience was simply incredible. Please find help elsewhere. I would recommend Mercedes Chut. She is intelligent.

So far my experience has been great. For those of you saying he’s in it for the money well guys he’s a lawyer; there’s a reason we get better results from paid lawyers and it’s worth the money. Rather than just doing the simplest thing, he got me into a program that has truly, truly helped me, and upon completion charges will be dropped! He’s busy, but kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The only reason I didn’t give him five stars is that, while the main case has been done for a while now, he is the only one who can get my property back, and my father emailed him but he hasn’t called as far as I know. I’m about to call his office now and if I hear from him by the end of the day and get my things back this week, I’ll change the rating to 5 stars in a second. It’s been months and nothing is blocking me from getting them back other than my lawyer talking to the DA/ ADA and just getting it done. I can’t afford to wait any longer; I’ve been patient, but this has to happen now. Still, he knew about programs and things specifically tailored to help the traumatized get their lives and emotions in order, and while many complain about the program, if you just behave, and stay active doing positive things, you will have no problems. The only problem is for those in the program without private insurance or someone to help pay for the doctors and medications they need, as it’s no wonder they stumble given the completely sub par nature of so many places that take disability or help the completely uninsured. I have much empathy for these people. Still, it’s a great program. And he’s an amazing lawyer. The only other complaint would be that, bc my father paid him, he speaks with him more than me, and he needs to slow down a tad and make more personal time with clients. I think we’ve paid enough for that. Still, he got me in front of the right judge and back on the right track, and I reccomend him whole heartedly.

I had many lawyers tell me over and over they could not or were not able to get my case put back on the docket. When I called Mr kirkman he returned my call that day with news of my date back on the docket later that week and for a fair price. Also offered to remain to represent me on the case for the remainder of the case. I am young and work very hard 6 days a week and have a tight budget and his office allowed me to make reasonable payments which was the best thing about him. I will always chose Mr kirkman from now on

I had Mr. Kirkman as a mediator, twice. I can only say he's in it for the money. This man has no compassion or concern for those divorcing. "Show me the money" must be his personal mantra. Very disappointing. Oh, and wait for it, wait for it...........(long drawn out mediations).....wait for it.......show me the money! No resolution!!! Think about it.

Compassionate and strong attorney that charges a fair fee. John took time to truly focus on my legal concerns and not just get to his next client to make a dollar.

Not only did Mrs. Kettle misplace my files , she seemed to be on the guys side who abandoned my mother . Debbie the paralegal can't remember appointments. The smartest one there is the nice lady at the window .
