Takes a rediculous amount of time to return calls. Office staff pushes you off by saying he is in court. 48 hours for a return call. By that time i had another attorney working on the case prior to even being paid. This idiot was so horrible when his office did call they didn't even leave a message. Guess he has enough money already. I would highly recommend avoiding this attorney and after talking to other people that have used him he did a poor job and left them in terrible jail sentences and probation lengths. Avoid this attorney at all costs. Update I find it comical that they can reply to a review quicker than returning a phone call for services. There is an office staff for a reason if someone calls for assistance there should be an initial phone call from said staff saying hey we got your message and will pass it along and call you back asap.

I met with Brad's paralegal/secretary (not sure which she was) rather than Brad. I had a speeding ticket for 20 mph over the speed limit. I was just hoping to get it reduced to a level that wouldn't cause my insurance to sky rocket, but I was very surprised when I was later contacted to say Brad was able to get my ticket completely thrown out. They said this was possible, but I wasn't holding out much hope for it. Getting Brad's help on this was cheaper than what I would have had to pay for court costs alone (nearly $300!!) not to mention the thousands saved in increased insurance premiums! Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic attorney! I have used him for speeding tickets several times over the years. I have referred friends and colleagues to him as well for tickets and other matters. His assistant is wonderful and they respond to you quickly. Also the office is easy to find right across from the Sheriffs Department in Graham.

I contacted Brad's office and was very professionally and politely told that he could handle my service request , gave her a card number, received written confirmation of my future service and just now received a written confirmation that my case was resolved. Could not be any easier. Dont shop around just call Brad's office.

Recently hired Brad after I got a speeding and reckless driving ticket in Alamance County. As an out of state driver, I was nervous that I would be penalized harder, even though this was my first time getting pulled over. Brad was great, he got my ticket reduced and got the reckless driving dropped. For only $200 (standard for all lawyers in the area), him and his team resolved it quickly and with the least amount of stress on my end as possible. Highly recommend!

Mr Buchanan represented my daughter in Alamance County regarding 2 traffic violations including reckless driving. The accident involved two vehicles attempting to change lanes at he same time. Fortunately no one was injured and the damage was not significant. She was not charged at the scene and only learned of the traffic charges when she received notice from Alamance County Court.. Mr. Buchanan was able to obtain a dismissal of all charges. We are grateful and thankful for Mr. Buchanan's expertise and the professionalisms of his able assistant Mindy.

I used Mr. Buchanan for a ticket I had gotten in Graham. He did a suburb job. He got me a deal that did not impact my insurance or anything. His staff were helpful and kept in contact with me at all times in the process. I would recommend Mr. Buchanan to anyone needing help with a ticket.

Absolute worst attorney around I was left on the stand by myself I worked up my own deal and he still wanted all his money. If you want to be convicted use him. He walked in the court room told me I had to speak with all them by myself after I worked out my own deal he shows up and says thats a good deal. Now he wants 400 more to go wait with me for someone not to show up and that's 400 then 400 more for a pjc. You can do better representing yourself. Come on tell the truth there was witness out there that saw you come outside and challenge me to a fight so do I need to take this to a civil matter to get my monies back since you did nothing in court but walk I'm and walk out. What's the bar association number my case was dismissed after I had to handle it my self but I still had to pay you.

I wasn't impressed at all by this lawyer in my case. I feel like another client below, whom stated "paid him money to do nothing" that's exactly what happened in my case also. Maybe the "owner" who replied they didn't represent a client by that name should do the work they are paid for instead of "defending" his/their reputation. I felt the exact same way, muchless WAY over charged considering I got other offers in the mail for about half his cost. So my advice for others. Look elsewhere cause you'll be over charged for the same deal another lawyer can do for you and you'll save money.

Mr. Buchanan is a very professional and knowlegeable attorney whom I have been a client of for over 3 years. He looks at the big picture of things and guided myself into looking long term on my decisions. Always had calls returned as soon as possible and never any complaints. Would recommend him for anyone who needs legal advice.

Mr. Buchanan was appointed as my father's estate attorney after it was necessary to place him in a memory care facility. He did absolutely nothing to handle my father's affairs, instead leaving me holding my father's insurmountable debts, draining both the joint checking and savings accounts leaving me $.95. His failure to contact the Social Security Administration and apply for needed special assistance leaves, I'm sure, even more debt. He is a joke and one of the cruelest people I've ever known.
