Painless experience getting my speeding ticket squared away. They answered the phone the first time I called and were very nice with every interaction. I got a speeding ticket in Hillsborough while traveling through Raleigh. I wasn't familiar with any attorneys in Raleigh, and I was getting a lot of letters from attorneys in the mail, which was overwhelming. I made a pile of them and forgot about my ticket until 3 days before my court date. Frantically, I started going through my pile of letters and the first one was from Matthew Charles Suczynski. I called them and they agreed to do it, even though it was so last minute. They got it reduced and my insurance did not go up. If you get a letter in the mail from Matthew Charles Suczynski do not throw it away!!! Give them a call, my court date was on Monday and I called them on Friday and they took care of it all for me while I was in a different county!

After calling your office leaving messages with the lady who answered the phone, no calls were returned. After sending three emails with no reply, I looked you up on Facebook. what do you know that’s how I was able to get in touch. You never looked at any of the videos I sent of the assaults, verbal abuse I took. You never read my email when I told you I was weak I dropped charges on the defendant once in 2017 that I needed you to be the strong one for me because I was weak. I would cave when it came to this person. Maybe that email slipped through your cracks. But considering I am pretty annoying and send things multiple times and even my letter to the judge, don’t believe anyone read it. I wanted to speak to the prosecutor but that never happened. I understand I wasn’t capable of coming to your office due to mental health issues that have gotten worse, that also was mocked, got no sympathy. Not only did you blame saying that I was making the case complicated by loving the relationship and hating it the next wanting the courts to handle it. Many emails many calls to you, the da victim asst, the da , other agencies ALL ignored me. I had everything right the videos, texts, my gps, letters with him admitting to the assaults as if he could deny them being on video kicking me, choking me, telling me I was a waste of money and skin that knwas gojng to die alone I should go kill myself. I have CPTSD, ADHD, BPD, and OCD I’m in the process of getting my disability. I struggle with suicidal thoughts everyday! I told you I needed you to be strong for me make the charges stick gave you what you needed to prove he made false allegations against me therefore my charges would’ve been dropped and he also would have gained another charge.

Replying back your job yes was to get it dismissed thanks but you know could have done you could’ve gone instead of making a plea bargain which is what you did, his charges dropped for mine dropped. So you watched the videos of his assaults on me? And you felt no need while representing me in basically in the same matter (understand you how you were referred to me I know all of this and what your job description is) but after hearing him talk to me the way he did , slap me, kick me repeatedly on the ground, and choking me. You could’ve seen I needed help, I even asked for your help, and yes three months later here I am. Because that’s how bad this whole ordeal has effected my life. And it was OneDrive the first email attachments were Dropbox but they were all switched. I even made a timeline with the dates of all the events and a link under those descriptions for the particular date/event/WTF Ever.

Look you’re going to have bad reviews and disappointed clients okay, just slow down and take a little more time to truly listen. When you told me I was making it more complicated you hurt my feelings after I sent you and email telling you I was sorry for being weak I was sorry for not understanding why I was so vulnerable. But if they keep letting cases like his go Orange County is gonna need a bigger court room. And his charges being dropped I was told there was nothing I could do. But I am have a lot of free time on my hands and I didn’t need him to get away with the abuse again.

Total joke of an operation. Tried to contact them after getting their mailer in my inbox for a traffic ticket I got while visiting UNC. Feels like their assistant avoids phone calls. It's been weeks since I heard from them after last contact them to find out about my case. They were pricier than normal that's why I when with them. Thought I was gonna get good stuff. You know the " You get what you pay for rule" or whatever it's called. Wish I paid some dumpy firm instead! Joke is on me I guess. Avoid these people!
