I would NEVER advise these lawyers. They went to court for a family member of mine regarding a custody matter. It was obvious that she (the paralegal) didn’t put in the time to get history and facts about the case. Of course she lost which means we lost the case. We paid $2500.00 to lose and for her not to do her job (the paralegal because the lawyer in the firm didn’t have contact with their client until it was time to discuss the money! At the beginning to talk about the price and the end to discuss the final payment) DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES!! Unless you want to loose hard earned money. They overcharge and loose your case. My advise is to keep it moving to another lawyer!! I would never want anyone to go through what we went through. The best to you all and whatever legal matters you’re dealing with.

This is the nicest attorney you'll ever meet. His staff is warm and friendly and they explain things to you in understandable terms. They do what those other people claim to do... I replaced my other attorneys and have been totally satisfied. I suggest you meet with them if your debating who to use. Just meet them and see for yourself.

Working with Carlos during my accident-injury claim allowed me to go on with my normal day activities without having to deal with it myself. I suffered a concussion and the process took a little over 3 years to settle due to me still getting treatment. When going to see specialist to determine a diagnosis, this could be costly so if you do not want to go to court I would think seriously about how many times you go to see them because this comes out of your settlement. I saw one specialist twice and probably only one time would have sufficed because it was the same conclusion. I suffered a concussion and he charged me more the second time around. At the end of the day you have to think about your families needs and what's best for you and what risks you are willing to take.
