Poor communication, They are very unorganized, They tell lies and are very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend these people to ANYONE!!

Jarvis Harris did an excellent job representing me for my worker's compensation claim. I was very nervous doing this because it involved my job, but he walked me through all the steps so I was ok with everything. His assistant, Kelinda was excellent. They treated me like a friend.

This office doesn’t communicate well. And in my opinion from my recent experience they don’t care. My last conversation with attorney S.Bowden he told me “we have hundreds of cases we can’t call everyone back” even if you left numerous of messages or have been waiting for a callback 3 +days . My attorney took 3 weeks to respond to an email from her assistant that ultimately got passed on to another attorney to address with me. S.Bowden doesn’t want to hear anything you have to say he’s very arrogant and has a so what attitude. He told me it was my choice to call and they are only going to call if they have something to tell you. As a client you want consistency you want communication. I was pleased at my financial outcome but it was just how the numbers broke down. I left feeling like I was just another case and had to fuss and argue to get my resolution. And had to pay them 1900 out the settlement. Read! Do your research find another attorney. update the office response is very inaccurate. just another example of their defensiveness and careless attitude.

Do not let the commercial fool you. They r not what they say they are. Family oriented is a joke. Helping me with a medical malpractice do not think about going there. My case out of state would have been a done deal but here in NC it is one more show. Then being told I do not have a case is a bunch of bull. Think twice before going to this law firm. They do not go all out for u just saying.

These people are slow and inconsiderate. I was in a mobile accident 5 months ago and I still haven’t settled my case. I am the one that has to call them, they never call you to keep you posted on anything. So you’re just hanging out there waiting while your medical expenses go to collection agencies.

This law office has been very helpful in my accident case. My case manager Tracey Poteat was with me every step of the process in fact it's still going on. My attorney Jennifer has always spoken with me when I call her. She is a concerned person from my experience with her. I haven't had any issues, in fact, I'm grateful they care about you as a person and wants the best. My case is still going on so unfortunately I can't give them a 5 star. Did not care about my case, took 8 months to get a little bit of money back and what was settled None of the medical bills were paid for did not try and get much of a settlement just went with what the insurance gave, very rude and unprofessional ....

Great people great personality

My initial contact with this law firm was excellent. However, my case manager Rhonda M was slack. She never responded to emails, so I would call her to read the email I sent her. She also did not explore her options for getting in contact with other business. I had to tell her she could fax letters as if she did not know that was an option.

My assigned attorney was Jeremy and from our conversation it seemed he would only take the case if it was clear cut. (If it was that easy I would have not contacted them) Although when I met with Bowden himself he told what he would argue in court. Nevertheless it seems like a great law firm for personal injury if your case is easy, but if it is more complex I do not believe their staff is willing to do the work.
