ABSOLUTELY RUDE! I called to inquire and the receptionist who did not give a name completely spoke down to me and told me Mr. Byrd could not help in a very demeaning manner. Also, as I was explaining to her our issue she cut me off and was trying to tell me basically that’s not what happened... Save your time and go somewhere else. Awful customer service.

Lawyer bird is awesome I got a citation on Friday morning and he took care of it the following week . His cost was more than what others were charging but you know what,,, he gets results and he gets it promptly. Just from the initial phone call a woman with a smug attitude answered and dutifully informed me that I need to contact another attorney. RUWE is the only word that comes to mind.
