They could have at least sent a associate on their behalf or mine.
When they called my case, I ask for a continuance.And I was denied a continuance.

I highly recommend Oxner + Permar PLLC if you ever need assistance with your Worker's Compensation. Two years ago, I was involved in a Hit and Run accident in which the other car hit my vehicle and flee the scene while I was working for a delivery company. I was injured on the job working for Cone Health as a Security Guard. I was kicked by a psych patient in my right side and had to have my appendix removed. The workers comp with Carolina Health Care and Cone Health did not want to settle the claim as the law requires. Oxner + Permar helped to get that claim settled. I am very grateful. I had used 2 other lawyers within 4 yrs before I heard about them through my sister's sister in-law who recommended them,boy was I ever so thankful, they did a wonderful Job on my workman's comp case & my social security case,it was Hodgman & Oxner then but Parmar had come in during that time & he was the one who ended up doing my both of my cases ,though all had reviewed it ,just wonderful.as far as I'm concerned they are the best lawyers around,Wished I would have had them from the very beginning I wouldn't have had to wait so many years to get both of my settlements which was close to 10 yrs,but that was do too the other 2 lawyers doing nothing the yrs they had my case,if I could give them ten stars I surely would..
