Called for some advice pertaining to a traffic matter. Mr. Wait was straight, honest and to the point about my situation and was not pushy, rude or condescending. If something else comes up, I will be sure to come here first.

John Wait was spectacular in handling my traffic case. My license was suspended & I was on the verge of having to wait 3 months just for a hearing with the possibility of having my license suspended for a year(forgot about paying a ticket a while back & the final date had passed to pay & got suspended, not anything serious like a DUI or DWI). Other lawyers wanted to charged anywhere from $600-1800. Some lawyers even said the process would be lengthy or they either didn't or said they couldn't handle my case. John explained everything over the phone of how the process would go & said it would be handled in 3 weeks. He only charged me $350, I paid over the phone on the same call. He was able to pull my ticket records without ever seeing him in person. Sure enough he was able to get my suspension wiped away in 3 weeks & with no problem or issues with the DMV or my car insurance company. Obviously rates my vary depending upon your situation but he's very thorough, will promptly respond & will update you on how your case is going as well. I recommend everyone to him for traffic cases without hesitation!

I had several old traffic tickets that needed to be taken care of. John went above and beyond in taking care of the charges and I ended up with an outcome WAY better than I expected. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal council.

Attorney John Wait was slow, missed deadlines, often unresponsive, and ineffective. We finally had to move our files to another firm. Not recommended. Would not use again.

John Wait is by far the best attorney I have ever had! My driving history is EXTENSIVE and I have had MANY attorneys over the years, but HANDS DOWN he is the best. I never set foot in the courtroom always a huge plus, he got it put off for me until I could pay his very reasonable fee and got my DWLR dismissed.. I had a fine to pay for my other offense which I overlooked, and TWO years later I call to see if I can get the file number . He answered the phone Hi Charlotte.. I was floored, this man cares enough about his clientele to store them by name!!!! WOW!!! Pulled everything up I requested. That quality alone is unheard of with lawyers, most dont have a clue who you are. I wish I could use him in every county!!!!

I received a traffic ticket which I have never received before in my 49 years. I decided to obtain an attorney. I did not know an attorney, so I simply flipped through the yellow pages. John had one of those faces that reads honesty and truth. I sent him a e-mail and he gave me a phone call. I liked the way he sounded. Down to earth and a family man. His fees were definitely reasonable, so I decided to give him a try. Boy am I glad I did. John got my case dismissed. I highly recommend John and will definitely use him again should the need arise. I received a speeding ticket while driving through North Carolina from Florida. As an out-of-stater, my options were seemingly limited to paying the $200+ fine and accepting the license points and increased insurance premiums.
