While driving through Fayetteville, NC on my way back to Virginia from Key Largo (and a diving trip), I was more than a little eager to get home. Without realizing it, I was doing 93 in a 70 mph zone; naturally this attracted the attention of a state trooper who handed me the ticket and reminded me that I could not pay online, but would have to appear in court--or hire an attorney.
I hired Mr. Ben LeFever. It was a smart decision. The Speeding was reduced to a non-moving violation of Improper Equipment. The fine tolerable. Mr. LeFever's fees, most reasonable. I don't know what legal arguments he used (and if i did know, I wouldn't tell!), but he got a result I could not have imagined. No points on my driving record!
