Mr. Davis and the other party's attorney tried to get the case dismissed but the state continued it until June. Neither I nor the other party wish to testify against each other so we hope the case is resolved on the next date. We're not sure what the problem is because the other party and I are the only eyewitnesses to what actually occurred that brought us to this.
