Poor communication.

Very unprofessional, lack of communication, disorganized, lack of care for clients, he did a poor job at representing me in court. I would of done a better job if I had represented my self. He often had me repeat myself a lot when inquiring information. The communication throughout the entire staff is very poor. I wouldn’t even recommend my dog to be represented by him. He was that bad. A waste of money and time. He has left me with nothing and still asking for money. Heartless man. He only pretended like he care.

Constant mismanagement of billing and invoices by the admin staff. Attorney Simmons says one thing in private session and something different in mediation in front of his peers. Had to spend 10-15 minutes of billed time at the beginning of every meeting with Attorney Simmons describing the case to him all over again. He speaks as though he cares but as soon as you leave the office, you are forgotten. He does not stand up for the client.

I had a scheduled call with this law firm after a week of them having all of my documents. During the call, I was transferred to multiple people, told by one of the attorneys that they couldn’t give “good advice” because they were not familiar with the laws, and then put on hold for a third time because “the bank is calling, sorry”. This is a sorry excuse for a law firm, I couldn’t keep myself from laughing the entire time I was being talked to by these people- a complete joke. I’d save your money and go somewhere they’ll at least take a phone call seriously, much less your case.

Worse lawyer I have ever been around. Cheap though. Get what u paid for.

Jessica the receptionist is very rude.. They act like they are doing you a favor by answering your calls. VERY DISAPPOINTING customer service!

I ended up hiring someone else, save yourself the trouble and to find an attorney recommended to you from someone you know personally!

I had a ticket for Failure to Stop for a Red Light, which was my first ticket ever!! I hired Attorney Simmons to represent me. Attorney Simmons appeared in Court for me and got the ticket dropped and I had no fines or cost of court. I would recommend Attorney Simmons to anyone in Mecklenburg or Cabarrus Counties without a seconds thought. Attorney Simmons and his staff are AWESOME!!

Terrible services provided, the paralegals never respond to calls or even give accurate information. I only heard from Mr. Simmons one time and he asked me what I think he should do about my case. They tell you a price then once you are involved they add on additional fees. My original "200 dollar" quote turned out to be almost 500 dollars. I would give 0 stars if that was possible. I do not recommend this law office to anyone unless you are looking to get screwed. I would of been better of representing my self in court and saved a lot of money for the same results with less hassle.

Terrible customer service and attention to public.
The Paralegal are worhtless. And lawer never returns calls.
Do not use then if you want a case solved.
