This is probably the best law firm in Jacksonville N.C. he knows exactly what he's doing. My mom was able to be a United States citizen in less that 1 year. Everyone at the office are very sweet. My mom finally got her Tourist Visa for a 10 year Multiple Entry with no HASSLE. I have made a phone call November 15 of 2017 2:50 PM. I only have a simple question which was whether or not I should file bankruptcy with my wife do that my bad credit and I was told that I had to pay $100 to have that question answered. I was able to get my G. card in less then 3 months. the staff are also great. they'll always greet you with a big smile. Jennifer one of the assistant, is always kind and polite on the phone, and they'll contact you (phone,email,portal) for any update about your status. I recommend this 100%

Yesterday May 11, 2017 I finally got my green card (permanent resident). According to USCIS it will take 3-4 months to receive it but I am so thankful to Attorney Franchesco Fickey Martinez law firm for making it possible for me to received it earlier, to be exact 2 weeks. Not only the greencard but for the whole procesed of my visa, all the assistance before my interview in embassy and flight going to US.
Now, I am finally here happy living with my husband for more than a month. It took 11 months to get my visa.
No more LDR and finally a resident here in US.
