I remember when I made my first call I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what questions to really ask. This young lady picked up and got some information from me and then she said we can help you. She transferred me to Brian Ricci and we talked. Ever since that day I have been pleased with the way they work with me. I have called several times to speak with either Lindsay Freeman or Lynn Vandiford and if I couldn’t reach either one of them at that time they would call me back in the same day. I really love that because a lot of business will not return your call the same day sometimes it would be two or three days later. I would recommend them to my family or friends. I'm absolutely livid after having my case since Sept 9th seems it wasn't easy to get in contact with my attorney not to mention he wasn't even in the Greenville office someone had told me that there gd but from sept to Jan 6th I cant tell an the attorney never got back with me he had someone else call being I wasn't going to settle for a low amount both me an my babygirl injuries were severe to get a call saying they wouldn't be able to make me happy after I clearly stated what the at fault drivers insurance coverage was an told him.that wouldn't be enough seek after other assets so I would never reccomend them to anyone that's not how u handle business period . Tried to receive help and information on a case I was wanting to open, but was not sure of what to tell the representative that called me back. I was not informed that I had to discuss all of my issues, such as all medical history and medical issues that I have. I was told that I would be speaking to a lawyer concerning all of these issues, and that would be the person that determined whether they would be able to help me. They turned me down without me even speaking to a lawyer. I called back to bring this misunderstanding to a secretary's attention, and she would not allow me to speak to a lawyer and was not interested in hearing what I had to say, but instead told me there was nothing she could do to further assist me. I have never heard of such a thing. This was not a very friendly place and they refused to assist me or offer any other options or to hear me out. I really hope that they do not treat all of there clients this way because to my knowledge they are supposed to help people in the best, most courteous way possible. I hope others have better luck than I did and receive better help and compassion towards there case.

To whom it may concern I would not recommend this place to anyone yea the Greenville area The receptionists and everybody I talked to was very disrespectful and on top of that I waited a whole year for a small check to find out that my medical wasn't even paid they only paid 11% I was told it was something I signed and they lied and said that they offered the whole Percentage to all the medical bills and they didn't take it which was a lie never spoke to my lawyer again they never Got up with me throughout the year I was the only one making th phone calls l'm very upset with a $3600 bills to pay And once again still waiting to hear from somebody When I did hear from someone I was told to call other numbers for assistant yeah a joke Was also told I would see a break down of each area including medical chiropractic pain and suffering and all never once seen a breakdown of any percentage yeah I feel I have got screwed very unsatisfied a year just to be in debt Am I didn't even mean to hit the one star

Avoid this place at all cost! You are just a case to them and their whole staff is rude. You need to find new secretary staff as well. I’ve never in my life dealt with such ignorant people. You will wait YEARS with these people. I do not recommend, AT ALL! A REAL lawyers office cares about the people they work for this place will be disrespectful to you every single time they speak to you. I was in a minor accident and it was almost a year before I got my itty bitty check. They were supposed to follow up and see how they did with my case, never heard from them. Oh they also take your check and put it in their account using it to pay the people they haven’t paid yet. READ WHAT YOU SIGN. Whatever you do find someone who doesn’t have a commercial on TV. I was involved in an accident in which a guy hit me and wouldn't own up to it. I only had liability insurance on my vehicle. The Washington police didn't do his job in investigating since my version and the guy who hit me told different versions. Plus the guy was drinking with an open container. The officer wrote the accident report not faulting either. I called the guys insurance company GEICO who told me they weren't paying. That is when I called Ricci Law Firm. I had Ms. Chrishon Johnson who really worked hard for me. The officer wrote an amended report in which he stated that he saw on video from a Speedway gas station that he witnessed the other driver hitting me. I submitted the information to GEICO who still wouldn't pay me for my vehicle. Ms. Chrishon Johnson stayed on fighting for me finally after almost one year and a half year she one and GEICO finally paid me. Thank you Ms. Chrishon Johnson and the Ricci Law Firm. Very good attorneys.
