Even though I have reached out to him repeatedly about my case and the fact that I am still receiving bills for items that were supposed to be settled, Mr. Patrick has not returned by messages. So out of the 66 and 2/3rd percent of my settlement that he retained, I have no proof of what he ever paid toward my medical bills. Several of those items showed up on my credit report. His retainer was 33 and 1/3 of a percent... but I am not sure he ever did as I keep receiving bills for the full amounts. He was very nice and compassionate as others have stated, but I need proof those bills were settled so I can fight the credit reports and hospital bills.
