Wayne was fantastic to work with. He provided sound advice that was both fair and sincere. We decided to engage the services of his law firm to more fully understand the terms of our rental contract. Our experience was extremely positive and much easier and straightforward than anticipated. He took the time to walk us through all the aspects/details of the contract as well as explain the parts that were in our favor and the ones that weren't.
