White law offices came again to my rescue. Ms. White will fight for you, for what is right and protect you. Her assistant Jaclynn is very attentive and professional. Ms White will not give you the runaround and will not waist your time.

Excellent attorney, saved my case from a total disaster. Over one year ago I first hired "Kathryn" an attorney in Dunn, she dragged out my case and never wanted to negotiate with the defense. After hiring Magdalena I immediately started to see results. Attorney White never pushed me on payments, she is very easy to work with. Magdalena always returned my calls, and even texted from in court. I live in Connecticut, and my case was in Dunn, NC. Attorney White won my case, my daughter and I are now headed to a reunification therapist. I am 100% satisfied with this outcome and will continue to use Attorney White for future litigation.

She lies. She refused to give my my document once we were done. . Filed the wrong motions so case was thrown out. So much is wrong i cant begin to document it here. Be afraid,be very afraid.

After having to switch from my previous attorney to this firm I have been overwhelmed with satisfaction. Though my family law case is ongoing I want it to be said that White has shown herself to be more than capable in court after multiple hearings that we have attended. She has an understanding and knowing of law that she can speak without needing to look up first and loose valuable oppurtunities while in trial. White also knows how to tactfully talk to our Judge and even knows the Judges that are in the area and how each is. She also knows other attorneys as well and can cross reference information as needed. $$$ Pricing is reasonable, after all, lawyers are expensive no matter. Talk to her and see what you can figure. At the end of the day, it wont hurt to ask, trust me. I called every lawyer in the Lillington, Angier, Raleigh, Durahm, and Hope Mills and Fayetteville areas trying to find a laywer that would work, and my case is a long distance from where I live! Horrible!! The lady at the front desk and lost and confused, she’s need to have more information to prove information for her clients. All they care about is money!! Mrs. white hire someone better with experience that isn’t gonna make u look bad. Don’t recommend them to anyone in the angier area. Suck how u have to pay them, and that lady can’t even give me no information about anything,

After meeting with many lawyers in the area, I was lucky to meet with Ms. White. I was impressed with the level of care and personal touch she has with her clients. Ms. White truly cares about your case, your life and persona. Ms White always looks for the best outcome in your case and interest, keeping a human side on everything. Magdalena White is a great attorney! Custody court isn't easy and does take time, but I'm glad she was so kind and helpful throughout it all. Her assistant as well was very informative and helped with questions I may have had for Mrs. White, whatever she couldn't answer me on, she made sure my attorney contacted me within a set time period :)! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for legal services!

I am in the process of retaining White Law Firm for the third time to handle what has been a very complex and difficult family law matter. In the first instance, Ms. White exercised exceptional judgement and razor sharp courtroom skills to extract me from a very difficult position. She was clear-headed, honest in her counsel, and she successfully and quite neatly completed the task for which I retained her. In the second instance, White Law completed a fairly routine matter, for a very reasonable fee; however, in response to bureaucratic mistakes with postal deliveries and notifications that the firm could not control, White Law went beyond its duty to rectify and correct the missteps of others on my behalf. In this current instance, I am hoping to hire Ms. White and her team to help me sort out a complex financial arrangement related to a separation agreement. I have no doubt she will perform well, and I trust her skills completely.

This attorney is more interested in how much money she can get out of you instead the case you hired her to defend!

Make sure you ask for an in-depth accounting of the expenditures created by her during the course of the time she represents you or you will get nothing for your money.

Make sure you are following up on ALL items associated with your case and not relying on her to keep you informed and her PA is just as bad about not keeping you updated and in the loop associated with happenings with your case.

I thought when I hired her she would be a fresh NEW lawyer with new ideas and efficient, instead she did not work for me and allowed things to occur that were damaging to my case. When I dismissed her, she even had trouble getting my file together for my new attorney. You should always be able to ask for and receive all your file created during representation by an attorney. Ms. White is disorganized and not reliable for this record keeping task.

You have been warned if you hire this person to defend you at a time in your life (divorce) when the attorney is the one you should be able to trust. She is not that person if you need a good family lawyer.

I would not recommend Magdelena White for any matters relating to family law. There seems to be a lack of general knowledge in the family law arena. After struggling to communicate with with Ms. White and her assistant for 3 months, I dismissed them and found other more capable representation. There was an overall lack of information, numerous unanswered emails and questions, and no one ever seemed to know what was going on there. I found them to be completely disorganized and totally unresponsive. Not only was she not responsive to me, but she was unresponsive to the opposing attorney as well causing a significant delay in any progress. I have contacted them numerous times since 1/5/16 requesting a refund for unearned fees, and not surprisingly have not received a refund or response. For anyone that has had similar issues, I would recommend contacting the NC bar Association and filing a formal grievance and WRAL's 5 on your side to bring some much needed attention to law firms such as this one.

**Addition** The business responses to these reviews is a clear demonstration of their lack of professionalism and ethics. They will share your personal information and case details on public forums as an intimidation tactic to attempt to keep you from taking further action against the SCAM they are running. Do NOT trust a lawyer that deposits your money into their personal account and not a trust fund.

I recommend this law firm to everyone that makes a mistake and needs some help with said mistake. This is hands down the best law firm in the area and they did wonders for me!! I would recommend them for any and all legal needs!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LAWYER!!!......she ripped me off for $4,000.00 and it took nearly a year, and she didn't produce anything. I am a combat Marine Veteran and I assure you, she is NOT worth your money.
