I have hired this Law firm to represent me previously and I was more than satisfied with the customer service. I was referred by SanJuanita who is exceptional with her clients. and today, again, I had to contact them to represent me in another ticket. SanJuanita was out of the office, but the lady I spoke with was outstanding! I really appreciate how prompt they are with everything. I feel like the other comments are just so unreal! People, please don’t be discouraged by reading those!! Hopefully I don’t get another ticket, but if so, I will always going back to Mr.Levinson and his team!!

Communication between the firm and client regarding a bill was nearly non-existent. The estimated cost of drafting a document was requested on several occasions, but a response was never provided. The firm eventually drafted the document and mailed a bill, which was unexpected (in cost). This is deceitful business practice and this law firm should be avoided.
