If you are looking for an Attorney to help you through the Social Security Disability process. KEEP LOOKING !! In March 2018 I contacted Ricci Group to represent me in my disability claim. They sent a paralegal to my home to sign a bunch of papers. I never received a copy of the papers I signed. To this day they haven't returned any phone calls, no correspondence from anyone there AT ALL. NOT A PEEP !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!! I have been alone in the process, all they want is part of my disability claim. I've done all the work, they have DONE NOTHING !! Horrible treatment of clients !!!

After wasting 6 years of my time and not turning in imperative paper work to judges, I was dropped the second time ran out on my work credits. Still no disability, back is still broken in 4 places, now time is up for me. I can never work again, and I will never have disability. I can only speak for what happened to me! The lawyer I had did a bad job of representing me! Didn’t know nothing about me till the last minute! just a few calls before the actual hearing date! absolutely a disaster didn’t stand up when the judge try to make me look stupid didn’t have a clue how to represent me and explain all my disabilities and how they affect me! I’m a veteran and wish I would have used someone else! They have the nerves to keep sending letters saying the case is closed!!! It’s been closed the day I seen the Judge and knew he was a red neck racist! I knew I had no chance!! Saying I can drive and my A1C is the best he ever seen I have more than that to worry about should I be dead before I come to the hearing!! That clown judge I been paying into social security for 42 years and served my country and to have a clown to tell me nothing is wrong with me is crazy!! And to have this firm act like they didn’t know what they were doing was a total waste of my time!!! I deeply regret it!!!!!!!!!
So Ricci stop sending me stuff I will not refer you to know one I know and want need you or use you if I was falling off the earth you couldn’t help me or nobody who work for you can! Terrible job I hope you all are doing others more justice especially Veterans than you did me!!! I deserved better we deserve better!! You deserve no stars but it want let me post!

Had my hearing and it seemed to have gone well. My lawyer was nice and helpful at the hearing. It has now been a while. I've tried to contact them and was given a very short response from a secretary at best. I have researched some things myself and I know that I have a right to request my lawyer to contact the hearing office to request an update. I would really appreciate my lawyer contacting me and keeping me informed about my case. If you are getting paid, I require you to work for me. Not your own time and convenience. Please if you are going to say your on my side, then please show it in you due diligence on my behalf

I am in such need of help. One I suffer due to no funds for medication . I also have trouble with my memory at times I live daily in fear I go okace to place alit stay with family. I have been with Ricci for 5 years to no avail. I'm afraid now that I have lost my work credits. I don't know because nobody gets back to me. They have been a nightmare to work with. I would never recommend them to anybody. I have to find a way to get out of my contract with them. They are the worst!!!

Avoid this place at all cost! You are just a case to them and their whole staff is rude. You need to find new secretary staff as well. I’ve never in my life dealt with such ignorant people. You will wait YEARS with these people. I do not recommend, AT ALL! A REAL lawyers office cares about the people they work for this place will be disrespectful to you every single time they speak to you. I was in a minor accident and it was almost a year before I got my itty bitty check. They were supposed to follow up and see how they did with my case, never heard from them. Hi , I highly recommend Ricci Disability group. They stuck by me after my deniel n I was told in the beginning I didn't have a case no one would help me it took years of fighting . But after I hired them they didn't give up on me. Ashley was wonderful . Always there to vent too. N help me . N all the staff was great the news gentleman tht took over for Ashley . Was great too. I should have checked the reviews before hiring this group to handle my disability claim. Every time I contacted them, no one knew what was happening with my claim. I even had to go out and get my own medical records because they were not competent enough to get the records on a timely basis. Also, upon denial of my claim, I should have been informed that I needed to file a new claim, and not appeal the denial. This waste of time has caused my work credits to expire, and i cannot file a new claim anymore. This office has dropped me like a hot potato, and will no longer appeal my claim. I have to find another more experienced attorney who will handle it at this level. If you do go with this group, make sure you stay on top of everything as no one gets back to you via phone or email at the group itself. The attorney I had did return my calls, but was still unsure of what was happening. This took 5 years, and I’m still without benefits, and I cannot file a new claim. I’d advise to stay far away, and look elsewhere for your legal council regarding disability.

I’ve worked with Ricci Disability for over the past 4 years and have yet to see any results as a result of their assistance. My father’s case has been denied a handful of time under their guideance (and this is after the initial couple of denials pre-hearing). I never receive calls from them informing me on progress. I ALWAYS have to reach out to them. Each time I reach out it takes multiple attempts to get in touch with them. It’s like I’m having to dig for information and/or beg them to give his case some attention.

One of his denials was due to late paper work being submitted as evidence. How poor of a practice is that!

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone looking for results.

Last month I had posted a very negative review of Ricci disability.
After thinking about it for a few weeks I see the mistakes that I made .
I normally don't go to social media or public reviews to complain about businesses and I wish I hadn't have this time.
There was a couple things I could complain about but not worthy of the review I gave. They could have been worked out I'm sure.
But I have deleted the review .
I say give them a try but be sure that YOU understand what is going on with your case and any questions should be addressed sooner than later.
This is a very stressful time for folks ( filing disability) and emotions have a way of getting out of hand.

I started a claim with Ricci Disability Claim approx a year ago, Me of coirse doing all the work and gathering all information fir my case and making sure that Jacob had evertthing we needed for my hearing dated for Oct 31st 2017. I have to say that this group was very difficult to speak with, i wld leave Jacob messages via phone and e mail, I could not get anyone who the actual attorney tjat was going to represent me at the hearing until I receiced a pjone call from her just a little more then a month prior to my hearing, this call was not to go over the info and kon of prepare for the hearing but she called to say she was withdrawlng from my case and suggested that I reapply in a cpl of years! I was so confused and freaking out because I knew at that point I wld be representing myself, I asked her what happened that she didnt want to represent me, you exact answer was, "The jusge hearing your case is too diffocult and I ckdnt win the case so therfore I wld not get paid! WOW!! very professional, I spoke to the owner and he defended her. I right away panicked and started calling around to get a new attonney with only a month to prepare! Its not bad enough to get tossed to the wolves by Ricci law firm once but whay was even worse, about a week later I got a letter from that group stating that me as the client chise to drop them as my representation, rather then being honest and NOT GIVING A DAMN ABOIT YOUR CLIENT!! so now Ricci Disability is not only cruel they lied to me and the Judge hearing the case!! WELL A LITTLE NOTE TO RICCI LAW FIRM! I GOT A NEW ATTORNEY,, ONE THAY TOOK OVER MY CASE WITH A MONTH TO PREPARE, BUT WAS YOUNG, REALLY KIST GETTING STARTED WITH HIS CARRIER, AND QE WON MY CASE!!! I HAD MY ANSWER BEFORE I LEFT THE HEARING!!! I PITY ANYONE USING RICCI DISABILITY! Thry do nit do this fir their clients, they will try to pit u off and make u believe you have no chance, the truth "I cant win sp screw you" If u want to know a good and caring law group I will be happy to recommend one!

Waited almost two years for a hearing. I was turned down for Social Security Disability. I waited for another year before I was turned down again for another hearing. I do not feel that I got any service from them at all. Now I have to find another lawyer and start all over again. I would not recommend them for any Social Security Disability claim.

Well...my name is Keith Eaker. It has now been 139 also since my appeal hearing. I thought my lawyer did a excellent job at my hearing. Now however they NEVER keep me in the loop and never let me know what's taking so long. They seem to want to rush me off the phone also. It's in the judges hands they tell me. Well, isn't it their job to help me? All they have done was the paperwork for $6,000? They seem disconnected from me and don't really seem to give a crap about me and my problems. I even HAD PREVIOUS DISABILITY and turned it down even after I won. I'm not happy at all with Ricci disability group and would recommend a smaller hometown lawyer who may actually care. They worked hard to get me as a client and now don't care. Extremely disappointed with this disability group
