This is your typical law firm. They have different attorneys who practice different types of law. If you Are in need of an attorney, you can call them to see if they have someone who specializes in the type of law you need help with. I don't know all of the attorneys who work here, but the ones I do know are nice.

A very positive experience working with Haithcock, Barfield, Hulse, & Kinsey law firm. Bryan King is very knowledgeable regarding personal and business matters. He is always ready to answer any questions. Bryan handles every detail from start to finish. I highly recommend this firm.

Originally we met with Mr. Barfield, we were highly pleased with his knowledge and how he broke down the situation we were in and what it would take to have a better case. He gave us advice to follow in our situation and told us once we had reached a certain point to contact the office again and set up a meeting with Mr. Brian King. We followed what he told us, set up the appointment with Mr. King over the worker's compensation issue and when the time came, we went to the appointment. Mr. King told us we no doubt had a case although he did say that he didn't know what kind of 'settlement' it may be being the medical issue was concerning mental health. He told us he would do some research on it, would get back to us and also start filing the paperwork to start. 2 months later I email Mr. King to find out where we are at and I get no response. I send a 2nd email and no response. In total I sent at least 4 emails and never received a response. During this time I also called the office repeatedly, of course I never got in touch with Mr. King, only his voicemail. I left 4 or 5 voicemail until the day I became irritated with the lack of response. I called, yet again, to get his voicemail and FINALLY receive a call back later from someone besides Mr. Banks saying that after reviewing the 'letter' that there was nothing he could do to help us. I was never informed of what 'letter' they were speaking of, I have no knowledge of any letter. I had contacted another attorney, one that I had called just before setting up the appointment with Mr. Banks that was more than eager to take the case. After Mr. King's failures to provide what he said he would do, I contacted the other attorney again to see if he was still interested in the case. It seems that thanks to Mr. King this extra 2 to 3 months (if you include the month it took me to finally get a response from him), that the time between initially speaking with the other lawyer that fully wanted our case and Mr. King's failure to follow through, that the time lapse is an issue and has pretty much cost us any case that we had. If you have a worker's compensation claim I would NOT recommend Mr. Brian King.
