But they kept hope alive, and found the part. Not on their stock shelves, but in the repair department. Thank you for not giving up on your assistance, and on me. This was truly quality customer service above and beyond. They even gave me a discount on the price. Tax included. I recommend this business and rate it A-1.

Before hiring an attorney from this firm, you should be fully aware of his or her billing practices. (In our case, the attorney was male, so I will use male pronouns when referring to him.) Though the rates the attorney and his associates charged were clearly listed in the letter of agreement, here are some examples of how those rates are applied that you may not be aware of. If his paralegal sends you an e-mail asking you to come by and sign some papers, that will cost you $25. (That’s just for the e-mail—naturally you’ll also be billed for the time you spend in their office signing the papers). If he asks his paralegal if she’s done something, that’s a “conference” and will cost you close to $70. If the answer to that question appears to be “no,” and he asks the same question again two weeks later, that’s another “conference” and will cost you another $70.
I hired this attorney to settle my mother’s estate. It was not a complicated matter (the total value of the estate was less than $5000), but we ended up paying $7850 for his services. When it appeared that everything was in order and we were ready to close the estate, I sent an e-mail to his paralegal, indicating my wish to close the estate, and asking if there was any other information needed. Ten days later I still had not received any response, so I sent of copy of the e-mail to the attorney. He gave a short reply, basically saying they were busy and would get to it when they could. Of course, that e-mail cost me another $70.
As it turned out, one of my mother’s relatives filed a (bogus) claim against her estate, and so we needed to send a letter denying the claim. Sending a certified letter to reject that claim ended up costing us over $2000. Being charged over $2000 to send a certified letter is what pushed us over the edge--it was at that point that my wife and I decided we no longer wished to be represented by this firm.

This law firm is a complete mess. The only thing they know how to do is send you an itemized bill. When you have a conference call, they do not even know how to work the phones. They will keep you waiting for 20 minutes while they figure it out for 250.00 an hour. Our novice attorney said a senior member of the firm would represent us if we ever went to court. That did not happen. However, we were always charged for senior partners approving decisions. The first thing our attorney did was file our case incorrectly - putting us at financial risk. Our attorney did not prepare us for court at all, but blatantly LIED TO THE JUDGE and said otherwise. Our attorney violated court protocol frequently which was called out by the judge and opposing counsel. Our attorney lied to us about the firm's experience in handling a case like ours from the very beginning. We lost our case, of course - a lot of money and a lot of pride, but Colombo Kitchin Attorneys got their money!!!

Will never use them again. Receptionists was rude and unprofessional. Had two attorneys that did nothing but prolong a case that should have been close a whole year before it was. The 3rd attorney was great and I wish I had her from the beginning ( Tracy Stroud). I have never been treated so badly , talked down too several times ,emails ignored, request of case ignored, charges by attorney that was taken off case for a whole year. It was a nightmare for 3 years!!!!

Called on several occasions pertaining to a case and the secretaries who answered the phone where very rude and unnecessary. I was trying to speak to the secretary to tell her which lawyer i needed to speak wit but couldn't because she never allowed me to before transferring me to a voicemail system. Also the Attorneys working on my case did a good job updating me at first but now i only hear frm them if i call.
