I reached out to this law firm in Oct 2016 based upon her reviews and tv advertisements. I explained my medical situation to her and wanted her honest opinion of whether she thought I had a winnable case. Unfortunately I had to go back to work but asked Ms. Bishop of what to do. Glad I didn't take her advice at that time or my family and I would've been homeless by now. I continued to work with her and her firm supplying them with pay stubs, medical records, etc; any and everything they requested. I, in turn, informed them of when I started a new job and the accompanying salary. Yet they continued to tell me that a Disability Claim hearing was to soon be scheduled and so it was. But the shocking twist to this unfortunate event is that Ms. Bishop contacted me at the 11th hour before the scheduled hearing and told me I really had an unfavorable chance of winning this claim solely based upon my previous earnings; never mentioned my current medical issues at all. I understand she's attended many hearings and can guess the outcomes but this should have been disclosed at the time of scheduling the hearing (chances seem unfavorable). Seems to be very unprofessional in her work ethic with this claim since I scheduled time off to attend this hearing. Will not ever recommend her legal services to anyone. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Thumbs down!

It is hard to believe any of these positive reviews and I would guess they are FAKE. I have never dealt with anyone who wasted my time more. PLEASE seek representation elsewhere as this firm will not help you and will NOT get back to you in timely manner. They sent some ridiculous contract to me that I was not comfortable with signing and when I asked for clarification I was told to "JUST SIGN THE CONTRACT", as if I am some empty headed fool. It took them almost three weeks to determine that they could help me with only one of my claims then sent the messed-up contract at the last minute before the deadline for my claims formal submission. I am sure the Bishop Firm will respond to my review with some word salad about how they wish me well. As a disabled veteran of the US Army, the Bishop Law Firm's words ring very hollow to me. THANKS FOR NOTHING MORE THAN WASTING MY TIME. One star is too much!!!!
