Made my closing day of my new house quickly and without issues. Answered all my questions, had everything in order, gave me all required information, e.g. wiring transfer info ahead of time so I could have all my ducks in a row too. Can only highly recommend them. PS: also easy to get to traffic and location wise, large parking lot, etc.

DO NOT USE!!!! I called to see if they could draw up a simple power of attorney for my husband while he was away at boot camp. All we needed it to say was that I was able to sign and make all financial decisions on his behalf concerning a home mortgage while he was away, as it is my responsibility to have a home ready for us to move into upon his return. I was told they could have it done in a few hours. When I went to the office to pay for it and pick it up, no one had it ready, no one knew what they were doing. They were all extremely rude, and their office was trashed. It looked like they had just moved in. While we were there, they had my husband sign for the power of attorney, and said they would email the rest of the document over when it was complete. This was on June 13th. Today is July 7th, and I just found out after multiple calls that they are refusing to draw up this paperwork because they had him sign the wrong document and now he is away at basic. I've been getting the run-around the entire time. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen. Now we have no way to get a home before he comes home. They've royally screwed us over and didnt even care. If they can't even do something right such as a simple power of attorney, I would definitely not trust them with any further legal matters. I have already filed a complaint with the bar. DO NOT USE!
