I didn't give a 1 star. Someone falsely did that with my name. Tim Oswalt has been my attorney in the past and handled my situation and his receptionist is the cream of the crop and extremely helpful and polite.

The way my family has been treated by the receptionist named Kimberly is appalling. I strongly recommend against doing any business with this facility. You would be doing yourself a favor by taking your business elsewhere.

mr. Oswalt is amazing he helped me so much he literally I came in crying and I was so upset and worried and freaking out and he was able to calm me down and make me feel so much better when I left his office I felt like a ton of bricks of weight had been lifted off my shoulders and I feel like he's really there for you whether you are a paying client or he is assigned to you by the courts which he was for me and he's so helpful and he is really great he has a lot of experience and I just think he's an amazing attorney! I absolutely love him! And I am so thankful that I got him as my court appointed attorney!

I hired me Oswalt for my divorce and I have been very unhappy... he does not keep me up to date on my case and it’s very hard for him to answer any questions I may have. His assistant (front desk) is very rude and very unknowable any questions I have she always say “I don’t know” and doesn’t try to find the answers. She just tells me “ well you have to make an appointment and my next available is 3 weeks from now” so what am I supposed to do wait 3 weeks to a month to get one simple question answered ??? Anyways I’m very unhappy and if you are looking for an attorney that could answer questions , explain the process, that cares about your case not just the money or takes his time to get to know you and your case I would recommend to find SOMEBODY else.

Mr. Oswalt is the kind of Laywer that takes your money and doesn’t do anything to benefit the client.

I met with Mr Oswalt to discuss some issues I was having with an RV dealer. He spent a good hour and a half going over the details of my case and thoroughly researched my options, gave me sound advice, and didn't charge a dime. It's great to see there are still some attorneys who give free initial consultations, and are there to help. I highly recommend him.

The reviews saying Mr. Oswalt just takes your money and does little to nothing is absolutely correct. I went to Mr. Oswalt because I was referred to him due to the fact that he does free consultations. This ruse is basically him giving you false hope that he is actually going to do something worth while for you but that’s just to hook you in. Once a “client” Mr. Oswalt does the bare minimum, if that. He does not keep you updated or informed, he doesn’t listen to any of your input, and if you’re in a divorce or custody battle in which you want certain evidence or facts presented, well you can forget about Mr. Oswalt even taking a look at it, much less using it in court. Once in court, Mr. Oswalt may as well be a potted plant. He will just be visible with VERY little to say on your behalf. The several times I’ve called for a “phone conference” he never once had my file in front of him let alone know what he was talking about. When I expressed my displeasure with the lack of representation, he then decided to withdrawal from my case, which I wouldn’t have even known about if I hadn’t emailed them. The e-mail correspondence that WAS sent to me gave me the wrong dates and times for my court appearance. At some point I called Mr. Oswalt out as a fraud (because he is) to which he responded in the most distasteful and unprofessional way possible - by sending me an email stating “You will not be receiving a refund as the initial retainer has been used up. I would suggest you focus on the issues that have caused you to lose custody of all of your children, rather than make accusations against people who have attempted to assist you.” I’m a domestic violence survivor who is fighting for custody from my abuser. So ask yourself this, do you want to spend money on a lawyer who will not rise to the occasion and when you push for better representation get greeted with belittlement and degradation? Or do you want someone worth your money? If you said the latter, go elsewhere. Seriously. Because you’ll only waste money and valuable time while losing your case.

I highly recommend Mr.Timothy Oswalt. He answered all my questions at the time of my consultation. His assistant kim was very nice. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the service I've received.
