I'll just say my experience has not been very favorable.

This law firm is a joke they will never get in touch with you and I have waited right at two years for a appeal they was suppose to have filed by them , Never happened. So I have lost two years of pay . I am currently filling a complaint to the attorney general and everyone else I can file a complaint with to disbar this firm.

Probably one the worst experiences I've had with any "professional" entity in my 45 years of existence. Nearly zero communication after taking my money for initial consult which was a 5 minute phone call that left me feeling she was too busy to talk and just wanted to get off the phone and collect her fee. She did give me some okay advice, but results were nil. I emailed her as a follow up to the initial advice with some very basic questions. She refused to answer but said she could help me in three weeks. After waiting over three weeks I had to follow up asking again for help. She refused to answer my basic questions unless I paid another fee. I understand time is money and I was not seeking free legal advice (she had already been paid initial consult fee) and I was willing to pay more for sound legal help. All I wanted was to figure out this firms process and if they were the right team to help me. I figured out thay have zero empathy and zero communication with clients/perspective clients. All they want is money for little time, no questions or follow up.best advise I can give is stay away. Give your money to someone who at least acts like they care.
