Got a pretty bad speeding ticket. Said he’d handle it and would appear for me. Kept continuing the case instead of actually going to trial. Horrible communication. I’m currently stranded in Virginia after learning my license is suspended at a military checkpoint. I got a letter before in the mail saying it was going to be suspended months before for failure to appear, he said it was a paperwork error and he’d fix it. Later claimed he’d done it and I was good to go. Either the same thing happened again or he never fixed it.

Alan was a horrible lawyer. Didn't let me and my brother know no court dates. No communication with clients. Receive 5 thousand only to remove his self from case 2 months b4 trial. Don't know how to speak to clients. Brag off 20 yrs experience. Need to retire. So much about the dollars never did a contract. Not dependable, or reliable, please BEWARE
