I bailed out an employee who was mistakenly jailed for Failure to Appear when he had actually been in the hospital. It has been over two years, and Mr. Davenport simply keeps getting continuances instead of finishing up the case. He has charged the employee at least $1600, and my $2500 in bail money has still not been released.

DO NOT USE THEM TO REPRESENT YOU. I filed an expungement and turned in the paper work. Then, about 8 months later, having spent $750, i was told that they just now found my paper work. I had called months ago to check on the status and was told it was in the “waiting process”. Much later I receive an email saying that they just found my paperwork after it had been lost .. After contacting the office, they blamed it on me and said I should've asked. (I did) I've been applying to jobs as I’m about to graduate college and now have to wait almost 9 months !!
