I met with Mr. Kroll today and I can tell you he was very professional, personable, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me resolve a vehicle repair malpractice type of situation. The insurance company is fighting me on whether their client is guilty of incompetence which has caused $2800 in repairs to the vehicle. I am without a car at this time and it's very stressful - Bill was outstanding and so much so he called the insurance company on the spot to try and resolve the matter without me paying a single dime yet to the firm. I hope for a great outcome and if not, I would still recommend him because he seems very honest and genuine.
