Beautiful office, southern hospitality abounds

Buyer chose this law office for closing. What should have been a happy day ended up being sour because of the poor work ethics and bad attitude exhibited by staff. Did not get any closing paperwork until after I showed up to close and insisted that I would not sign until my realtor reviewed the paperwork (who btw tried to call and email many, many times for several days to get the paperwork with no response). Then after signing they sent me out the door with nothing. The basics of real estate law cover giving the signer copies of signed paperwork. I didn't know better, but luckily my realtor did and she insisted that I return to the office to get copies. By this time I was pretty upset and told the lady that I wanted copies and that I was filing a complaint. That's all I said. When she came back down she shoved a check in my hand with the papers and sarcastically said, "Here's your check" (which btw they said could not be ready until the next day. Really, really unprofessional and I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know, including the state bar.

Engaged this office for a employment retention agreement and an adoption of my step - son. Attorney assigned Cameron Sullivan, did not respond as promised, called a third time to find out what was going on and was never called back. Could be a unique situation to the attorney so if you are directed to this one I would recommend to move on to another firm

Had a house closing done with these guys and they were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.
