To Vickie and Larry who handled my grandmother's closing and related documents. Not one time have you or anyone at this firm apologized for the mistake that was made in/by your office. Extremely poor customer service and communication you screw up addresses on a legal document and it's as if we're at fault for them. We do understand that as human we make mistakes - how you handle them and speak to your clients speaks volumes!
