Called in order to receive information about starting a case and needing representation. I spoke with a woman and she explained the lawyer would give me a call in two days to talk with me. I never received that call. But I did receive a letter in the mail the day after stating they would be unable to assist me (although it was the same type of cases they handle) with no explanation of why. I do not find this professional or even appropriate wording. But I am thankful this isn’t not going to be the experience I receive with my representation moving forward with another lawyer.

I Wish you realized when someone states they will CALL on Friday, some people may need to prepare their day a certain way in order to be able to receive a phone call. The communication I “wished” I received was the communication promised -being a call on Friday.
To me it appears my situation was not important enough in your eyes to give a call back or to even explain the “several” factors of why you are unable to represent me or refer me to someone who can, it’s just got good practice.
I’ve lowered my review due to the deflection received in the response to my rating.
I feel the experience is very important and I hope you will take everything into consideration for future clients and potential clients. I only leave this rating in hopes that this will assist your practice and others in the future.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT OVER A YEAR AGO AND HAVE BEEN PATIENTLY WAITING, AND JUST WHEN I SIGNED MY PAPERWORK TO HAVE THE CLAIMS ADJUSTER PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE, HE DROPPED ME AS HIS CLIENT, AFTER I LET HIM KNOW HIS RECEPTIONIST BARBARA WAS RUDE TO ME. NOW I AM BACK AT SQUARE ONE TO FIND A BETTER LAWYER AFTER A YEAR OF WAITING AND WASTING MY TIME WITH JOE O'MALLEY. THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY ARE COMPASSIONATE, BUT THEY ARE NOT! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER LAWYERS THAT WILL HELP AND NOT TAKE OVER A YEAR, ALMOST A YEAR AND A HALF TO GET A PAYOUT FROM AN ACCIDENT. THIS WAS VERY INCONSIDERATE AND I DON'T APPRECIATE THE WAY HE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I WAS STILL TALKING AFTER HE TOLD ME HE DECIDED TO DROP ME, BUT JUST A WEEK PRIOR, HE TOLD ME HE HAD SENT OFF THE CLAIM...WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR AND RIGHT WHEN THE LIGHT WAS AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL, HE PUT ME IN THE DARK AGAIN, WITHOUT NOTICE. YOU DON'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT. IF I FELT THAT BARBARA WAS RUDE TO ME AND YOU APOLOGIZE TO ME FOR HER ACTIONS, THEN LATER SAY I WAS RUDE TO HER AND HAD A BAD ATTITUDE, AND THAT'S WHY YOU DON'T WANT TO REPRESENT ME, THAT'S CRAZY. I NEVER YELLED AT BARBARA OR USED PROFANITY WITH HER AND YET JOE TUNSTALL SAID I DID WHEN HE "LISTENED TO THE CALL"...LIES. I NEVER DISRESPECTED BARBARA, OR JOE AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY! WHERE IS THE UNDERSTANDING WHEN I HAVE BEEN PATIENTLY WAITING WHILE I'VE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULDN'T WISH THIS ON ANYONE! I GUESS THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO HELP.
