Incompetence does not even describe the way Bryan Smith handled my case. Will never again use this man. Law school he went to is one ive never even heard of.

I hired Mr Smith at the last minute ... Same day last minute. We talked for about an hour before we walked into the courtroom. He argued my case like a true pro. This was a trial not a plea. 5 charges dismissed! This man and his team were truly awesome. I didn’t catch the lady’s name that I spoke with when I contacted them. But I am impressed. She had me an answer and solution in extraordinary time. Thank y’all so much.

i am new to the area and had the unfortunate experience of rear ending someone a few weeks after i moved here. I was given a citation for failure to decrease speed. i saw this office on google and decided to give them a call. they offered a student rate which was super nice as it was only 90 dollars! i went to the office with my letter from the insurance company & paid them. i didn’t hear anything from them so decided to give them a call the monday after my court date. they said that they went to the court house friday & i wasn’t on the roster for that day and asked me to send a picture of my ticket. they then called me and said that my charges had been dismissed & everything was taken care of. there was some bumps in the road (not necessarily their fault) but they got my case dismissed and i’m very thankful.

Our Experience with Brian Smith was nothing but wonderful. Brian is a very trustworthy and reliable Lawyer! he gets the job done with no hesitation. I also want to thank the staff they are amazing,Rebecca did an outstanding job keeping us in the loop with everything that was happening.(very easy to get in contact with). Bryan Smith is a complete joke!!! He doesn't care about the client at all he does not even try when it comes to clientele. He's a complete jerk and unprofessional. He just tries to make you take a plea because he does not no what he is doing. He also shows up late to court. He is nothing more than a incompetent lawyer who needs to be suspended from the barr!!!!!!!

Wow is all I can say. I was using another attorney for some traffic violations which resulted in a suspended license and that attorney strung me along for months getting things continued but not taking care of the problem. So at the advice of friends I hired Bryan and it was the best decision I ever made. Long story short within 3 to 4 months of hiring Bryan I got my license back and all the old charges dismissed. I can't believe how quickly and efficiently Bryan took care of the matter in just months, when the other attorney couldn't get it done in a year and a half.Bryan was very honest and communicated with me every step of the way. He didn't charge me an hourly rate and he didn't charge me for things that he never did, he gave me a lump sum and worked with me to make payments. His staff is remarkable, particularly his paralegal Rebecca. She sees his clients as real people and not just as a case. She always follows through on what she says and is always available. If you need help this lawyer will get it done for you.

Not enough stars to rate just how amazing Bryan Smith and his staff are. I have used this firm repeatedly for my ongoing child custody case and I'm always well taken care of. Bryan is honest and will tell you straight forward if he feels you have a case or not and will NOT string you along just to take your money like so many others. He won't tell you what you want to hear but instead the truth. He is s beast in court and will defend you better than any other attorney I have seen. He also works with his clients when it comes to payment. He is so very knowledgeable with the law and uses it wisely. His staff is like no other, they really are what makes the practice successful. His paralegal Rebecca is phenomenal at her job and always communicates with clients when Bryan is unavailable. There comes a time in life when you need an attorney. My situation is very unusual and after several attempts with other attorneys I was recommended to Mr. Bryan Smith. From the moment I met him I felt comfortable and at ease. Over the last 3 years he has represented me through my situation, grated at times I haven’t been happy but not because of Mr. Smith but of the law itself.
I personally would recommend Mr. Smith to anyone. He’s very knowledgeable, compassionate and respectful. On top of it his paralegal Rebecca is awesome. She’s friendly and no matter what she always makes you feel better....and has the best personality.

This "law office" is a scam. Do not trust them with your legal matters. The assistant, Jordan, and the other Rebecca, both informed me that if I provided the materials that I needed to, which I did by the end of day, the lawyer could present it in court the next morning since it was for an out of state failure to appear in court due to being a resident of another state. It was not presented. The paralegals said that the lawyer did throughout the whole day that they were awaiting word back from him. They were very dodgy and the excuses changed each time. First it was lunch, then it was busy, then it was stuck in court, then it was out on leave. I followed up with the county clerk the next day via phone, and he was kind enough to look up the forms presented that hadn't been entered into the system yet. The lawyer never presented the documents in court. When I followed up, the paralegal said that the lawyer went to court, but did not present my documents and now he was on "secured leave." After expressing my dissatisfaction. I was immediately told that I could not receive a refund. First thing out of her mouth. Any further attempt to contact the office has resulted in being sent directly to voicemail or the one time I did make it through, the paralegal hung up on me right after I said my name. I even sent further documentation via e-mail to make sure they had all necessary documents. No response. Do not waste your time or your money here.
