Awesome staff, very friendly informative and they get the job done!

The staff were a bit on the rude side during my closing. I was having trouble with my bank and was frustrated and I felt like they laughed at me and didn't offer to help at all. The paperwork portion went well, but then we were waiting several hours for the key to our house so we called to check up. We were told we could come and pick it up so we did. An hour or so after we picked it up, the individual we signed the paperwork with called and asked if we wanted the key because they weren't aware we already picked it up.

They have handled a few real estate transactions for me and Jeri has been awesome. I had some drama with a buyer not showing up to closing and Jeri never treated me any different or showed if she was irritated. Between her and the ladies that run the front office they are very courteous and professional.

Used for real estate purchase. Team is very knowledgeable.

Staff is unorganized, lazy, and doesn’t provide clear instructions. My husband and I were forced to use their office while selling a home. Incredibly disappointed with their professionalism. Natasha put me on hold without telling me, transferring me to Melissa who then yelled across the room to Natasha to find answers to my questions regarding the documents they sent and their requirements from me. After interacting with them via phone, since we live out of state, my impression is that they’re a southern small town office and lack education, discipline, and professionalism. Do not recommend this office solely based off of his staff.

I like coming to this place because they really were helpful when is time for me to close on my house I would highly recommend them because of the information they provide during closing.

This fantastic group helped us move into our home on the date of our closing. We were given such bs from Navy Federals underwriters and our own crappy realtor back in 2015, saying that Navy Fed would not sell us a specific home because it was located in a private road. With one phone call, Jerri took care of everything. This woman, is a blessing. Without her, I would have lost the house and my sanity.

We are going to purchase a second home, not with Navy Fed and are going to have this office assist us in the closing.

Went there to sign the paperwork for my new house

Did closing on a house for me back in November 2015. All went well, communication was exceptional, friendly staff

I used this attorney. First thing I should have not paid him in full up front as requested, as it took over 4 years to settle a real estate deed matter. Slow and uninterested in anything but the most basic challenges.

They've helped me with a speeding ticket and several real estate closings. I'm pleased with their products and services and they've generally communicated well.

The office staff have been fantastic and Donald very helpful, Listened to what I needed and took care of it. I am now working with them again for some business needs. Thank you, finally some people I feel like I can trust!
