Avoid at all cost! Unless you are prepared to pay for NOTHING! Paid over $8,000.00 already still haven't settled equitable distribution...... Now being charged to make appointments, can't get my own information from them! Unethical way of handling a case, it's been dragging on for over 2 year's now! In my opinion they're just doing whatever they can to keep continuing thing's to suck more money out of their clients!!!!!! Will be reporting to the bar association!!!!!!!!

I hired Deb Massie for my absolute divorce, frustrated by the delays at my lawyer's office for my custody and equitable distribution case. I had a time sensitive situation, and was told 45 days ahead of time that I would be good to go as long as my ex did not seek an extension. However, once I paid, delays starting appearing out of the woodwork and I was told I may even want to file in a different county. I ended up needing to fire her just to get the divorce done pro se on time, unfortunately with some cooperation from my ex **barf**. I would avoid her office if possible. I think largely the problem revolved around her staff, but obviously she is to blame for that as well.
