Very knowledgeable on California law for businesses. I asked several other attorneys the same question and each provided me a little different answer. Richard was able to explain WHY each attorney was sort of right in their own way and went above and beyond to explain to me the full answer. It was a free answer and he called me back during after hours even. If I ever need an attorney for business matters, I know exactly I’m going to!
