Robert Davis was my attorney kiki Lubin was my case manager, attitude from her. Davis, No fight, no belief in me. Didnt help me through the lawsuit process, I had to learn from google and YouTube. They switched my lawyer and Team without me knowing. Horrible at contacting clients and helping clients get what they need. Now they wont settle my case. And Im homeless. Horrible company. Look else where if you are desperate for an attorney during the workers comp process.

This firm was great at helping with the inItial filing of my worker's compensation claim and deposition. Unfortunately , I had to switch firms to a closer location because driving from Sacramento,Ca was to much of a commute when issues arose due to the lack of transparency in the client/attorney relationship.

Avoid this location if you’re trying to get help or need assistance regarding a work related injury.These people DO NOT CARE.Their only concern is getting a settlement.They will not fight for your rights.They will not fight for your medical treatment.They will not meet you in person.They will not challenge the insurance company because the insurance companies have a %90 denial rate. They will pretty much just sit around and do absolutltly nothing to better your situation. Any lawyer (Alison Gude) that LAUGHS OUT LOUD when describing how she had to ruin everyone’s day with bad news, obviously is a bit disturbed, and has a lack of sympathy and compassion over what the people they are representing have been going through. Then again this is only my experience. I’m an injured worker with children and a family. A mortgage and bills just like everyone else. These facts don’t concern them. From what I’ve seen not much concerns them.

At the beginning they were great and on top of things. Then as time went by I felt like my case didn't matter. I went through 3 attorneys 5 or 6 case managers. I felt at times I was the one fighting my case.

Two stars because they treated me with humanity but it wasn’t till my case close that I realized how friends they are with the company lawyers we are supposed be fighting against, they never did an MRI they only did an X-ray and doctor appointment with a company doctor. They encourage me to take the deal because we had no chance supposedly, but more than five years later I’m still in pain and finally got a doctor to believe me and order an MRI and the damage to my shoulder is so extensibly that I have scaring tissue that needs removal from two torn ligaments. And who’s paying for that surgery! Me! The money they offer you sounds great in the moment that you are broke but please know you have to make sure of your diagnosis! Seek a second opinion! If the problem is bigger than the lawyers are willing to believe you or do more exams the money you get would be gone in the first year of medical treatments.

Again! Make sure the lawyers of the company you are fighting are not good friends with your lawyer and get a second medical opinion before you settle! For an injury get an MRI!

Pacific Workers have been amazing over the past year with my WC case. Before connecting with them I was absolutely lost in the whole process and going back and forth with the adjustor. Fast forward almost a year later because of their hard work and dedication - I am seeing my doctors regularly and receiving my TTD every two weeks. Kiki Lubin has been great. She calls me back right away if I have any questions and if she doesn't have the answer she sure will find it. First of all, let me say don't EVER get hurt at work! I know that would be unforseen but the system set in place to help injured workers is a joke! If it wasn't for Pacific Worker's Compensation I would have been completely lost. My employer was totally ignoring me (really dude? After 4 yrs??) the insurance company was denying all my treatment and stalling my benefit payments but then they came on board and turned everything around! There is so much that the insurance companies will let go over your head, like deadlines and things you are allowed to appeal but Pacific Worker's Compensation had my back and I didn't have to worry about none of that. I had the unfortunate experience of being injured while working. Torn rotator cuff...lots of pain, and zero time to deal with my employer (and the manager insinuating I was already injured....really?! That's pretty low)
