Accident Attorneys Group is absolutely amazing! I was struck by an oncoming car in San Francisco while crossing O'Farrell on Jones, the vehicle ran the red light while I was in the crosswalk striking me in me lower back as I was crossing, my body then slid up the hood of the vehicle sending my head and upper torso through the windshield. I was transported to Saint Francis Memorial Hospital by American Medical Response, both of these experiences acted to increase my trauma as AMR provided the worst possible services, they even left my belongings on scene for the homeless to steal! As unbelievable as that is when I arrived to Saint Francis ER basically ZERO medical care was provided, I was sitting on the gurney for two hours begging for only an Advil and some water, which I was never given! Then I was told that I wasn't able to be provided access to a phone in order to contact my mother, being that AMR left all of my possessions on the street causing me to loose my iPhone I had no recourse.

When I was finally "allowed" to call my mom she advised that I should receive a CT scan to make sure there was no concussion, being as that my head had travelled into a windshield at 30mph this would make sense. After a boxing match both fighters are rushed to ER and given CT scans, however apparently at Saint Francis a pedestrian being hit by a motor vehicle is not cause for a CT scan?! The doctor refused to authorize a CT scan, refused to give me any form of cream for the large spots of road rash across my back, arms, and legs, and even refused me ibuprofen. I was in a total state of shock at this point.
