Unprofessional and looking for easy cases. Stay away from them

NOT a good experience. They do not respond to your email or call when it states you will receive a call within 48-72 hours. I finally called to seek help and was asked very minimal questions then to be told they will not handle my case due to the company "not being big enough" even though i worked for a NATION WIDE corporation. Regaurdless of the number of employees, help should be offered. If you do not belong to over a hundred+ employee corporation seek help ELSE WHERE, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!

Fantastic service and pricing. Excellent work installing my generator a few years back. Don't use any others if you are in the Murphys, Arnold area.
