Dave knows up to the minute, and I mean minute, changes in laws and codes to tenancy and real estate in San Francisco. In this town things move at the speed of light these days when it comes to real estate and Dave is in top of it in minuscule detail. I've worked with Dave twice in a 6 year period and not only does he know his legal stuff but he's prevented me from having nervous breakdowns when I've had to deal with legal issues. Imagine if everyone did their jobs as well and with as much integrity as Dave does, life would be so much easier.

I first met Dave Crow at the San Francisco Tenants Union in the Mission District in 2007. He was working as a pro bono counselor for the Union. Dave was also a lawyer in the city specializing in helping renters with all kinds of problems with landlords.
Dave and I became friends because he was honest, truthful, and very professional. Later when I needed legal advice after the death of my landlord of thirty years Dave Crow was the logical choice.
It was always comforting to know a trustworthy professional that knew the landlord/tenant legal and illegal issues. Dave always evaluated both sides of the arguments and always let me decide what to do and how to respond civilly.
