I've seen attorneys whose lack of professionalism prolonged litigation and cost their clients tons of money. Martin in not one of them. Martin has the experience, the knowledge, and the ability grasp the gist of a case, unfold it, simplify it for you, discuss and strategise. He knows how to "tango" with the opposing side and if a settlement is possible, he will help you to achieve a reasonable resolution. Our opposing attorney overestimated himself, acted unreasonably, and we were unable to resolve the matter without going to court. The case has ended in our favor.
Mr. Zurada was referred to me by a friend of mine who went through an extremely bad divorce many years back. He was losing everything to his wife including custody over their children. Martin Zurada was just beginning his career at the time and he took the divorce case (I am not sure if he does divorces right now). My friend’s now ex-wife had a very expensive and experienced attorney by her side. Martin turned the case around and my friend got to split custody and everything else with his now ex-wife instead of loosing everything.
Up to date, I’ve been Martin Zurada’s client for about 3 years. He handled very long and complex business litigation for me and my company.
Martin is fast and efficient in his work. According to the information available to me, the opposing attorney spent on average twice the time that Martin spent on the same documents. His resulting pleadings to the court are very clear, to the point, and very logical. We won all the motions that Martin filed on our behalf but one motion that Martin suggested not to file and predicted low chances of winning.
He knows how to handle things and approaches them with a clear plan. He prepared us for depositions and deposed the opponent so very well.
The bottom line is that if you have a matter that you need to handle - big or small- I would suggest getting an appointment with Martin Zurada and talking to him. If he says that he can handle the case, then hire him. If the case is not in his field of expertise, Martin will tell you about it.
business and he litigated it to a fair resolution. I have worked with
several prestigious law firms and would rate the quality of his work
with that of a senior partner at one of those firms. The major
difference I see with Martin's law practice is that the billing is
efficient and very reasonable, which makes it attractive to turn to
him for advice even before a matter escalates. He is approachable,
intelligent, and I feel he genuinely cares about me as a client.
