Martin Zurada is an excellent attorney! His is extremely knowledgeable, precise and effective. He has the perfect blend of compassion, critical thinking and valor needed to resolve complicated cases. Above all, Martin is the first attorney that I have worked with that always put our best interest before everything else. He was swift to resolve our case and a pleasure to work with. Although, I believe him to be one of the best in the business, his fees were always very reasonable. I honestly feel he is a rare breed and we were very fortunate to have him on our team!

I can just confirm all the good things that people said about Martin in the reviews before me. He is a great attorney. Martin led a very complex business litigation for us.

I've seen attorneys whose lack of professionalism prolonged litigation and cost their clients tons of money. Martin in not one of them. Martin has the experience, the knowledge, and the ability grasp the gist of a case, unfold it, simplify it for you, discuss and strategise. He knows how to "tango" with the opposing side and if a settlement is possible, he will help you to achieve a reasonable resolution. Our opposing attorney overestimated himself, acted unreasonably, and we were unable to resolve the matter without going to court. The case has ended in our favor.

When looking for an attorney I seek for a combination of professionalism and reasonable affordable rates. Martin Zurada offers both. If you contemplate of hiring him, do not hesitate. If, however, you want to create a deceitful scheme, intend to lie to the court, then Martin Zurada is not your man. Martin is honest and ethical professional.

Mr. Zurada was referred to me by a friend of mine who went through an extremely bad divorce many years back. He was losing everything to his wife including custody over their children. Martin Zurada was just beginning his career at the time and he took the divorce case (I am not sure if he does divorces right now). My friend’s now ex-wife had a very expensive and experienced attorney by her side. Martin turned the case around and my friend got to split custody and everything else with his now ex-wife instead of loosing everything.

Up to date, I’ve been Martin Zurada’s client for about 3 years. He handled very long and complex business litigation for me and my company.
Martin is fast and efficient in his work. According to the information available to me, the opposing attorney spent on average twice the time that Martin spent on the same documents. His resulting pleadings to the court are very clear, to the point, and very logical. We won all the motions that Martin filed on our behalf but one motion that Martin suggested not to file and predicted low chances of winning.
He knows how to handle things and approaches them with a clear plan. He prepared us for depositions and deposed the opponent so very well.
The bottom line is that if you have a matter that you need to handle - big or small- I would suggest getting an appointment with Martin Zurada and talking to him. If he says that he can handle the case, then hire him. If the case is not in his field of expertise, Martin will tell you about it.

I had a set of 3 complex small claims court lawsuits and after talking to several lawyers I was about to throw in the towel. Martin was my last call and I had a good feeling right away. He was a good listener and was more focused on my problems than others I had spoken with. I met with him several times. He is very level-headed, approaches the problem methodically, does thorough research, takes suggestions and advice from the clients about the best strategy, doesn't over-promise, and doesn't over-bill you --in fact he was more than fair with me! In the end, I won the crucial cases and saved me a lot of money and hassle. This was my first foray into the legal world and I hope I don't have to do it again but if I do, the first person I will call is Martin.

I hired Martin Zurada to handle a complicated insurance case for my
business and he litigated it to a fair resolution. I have worked with
several prestigious law firms and would rate the quality of his work
with that of a senior partner at one of those firms. The major
difference I see with Martin's law practice is that the billing is
efficient and very reasonable, which makes it attractive to turn to
him for advice even before a matter escalates. He is approachable,
intelligent, and I feel he genuinely cares about me as a client.
