Janet and Dylan make preparing will, trust, and medical documents easy. The documents around the trust were comprehensive, and would provide better guidance to an executor when compared to a previous trust I had set up. My only complain is the electronic copy is provided as PDF, not the original Word documents. I understand this is done to manage liability (client modifying without realizing the implications of their changes), but I still would have like to have the source documents.

We first held an introductory meeting at which we explained our wishes, obligations and resources. They listened to us, took their time, explaining each step carefully. They encouraged us to include in the meeting a family member who would be our successor trustee and executor of our wills. Their advice, as we heard in comments and answers to our questions, was based on their many years assisting other families, understanding their needs and knowing what missteps to avoid.
