My brother was the client, but since he is now deceased, and since my interaction with Gonsalves @ Kozachenko resulted in charges to my brother, I feel entitled, and somewhat obligated to submit this review. My deceased brother and my other living brother (brother #2) would all concur on this review. I found the billing charges of Gonsalves @ Kozachenko outrageous. My brother (#2) and I called with very simple questions that were answered in less than a minute, but resulted in charges of close to $400. When my brother, the client, challenged the charges he received NO RESPONSE. Based on our experience I strongly recommend avoiding this lawyer.
