Had a great experience working with this Law Firm on my immigration case. It just completed successfully, thanks to their amazing help!

WARNING! Be VERY careful handing any money in retaining fees to this law firm. We hired the services of: Randall Caudle, Scarlett Leiva & Neda Vrazalic at this law firm. It took me two years to save up enough money to pay this law firm for their services to help my partner and I file for a green card. It was the worse experience ever. We initially met with Caudle who wasn’t short of promising ‘everything.’ Once we made the second payment, we didn’t hear back from them. I had to call multiple times before they told me my case was in the hands of some new apprentice. It literally took them FOUR LONG MONTHS just to review my file. But we had paid them nearly $2000 in retaining fees in advance—so we had no choice but to shut up and wait. Their excuse was that my case had been assigned to Neda Brazalic (aka: the vacationer) and she had gone on a long vacation. What turned out to be even more disappointing is that even with all that time off, she still didn’t understand my case at all and suggested that we file our papers in a way that I later found out would have landed me back in Mexico. Their inexperience and poor understanding of immigration law was frightening! So much so that we ended up walking away and losing our retaining fee of nearly $2000. We just could not trusted them with our case after reading their recommendations. Everything they suggested was so wrong we later found out. But in the end they did keep our money.

After two more years of savings we were able to hire a new lawyer in Los Angeles that took my case and within a few months they secured my green card. Everything we experienced with them was so different. They read my file and made suggestions within two weeks. In less than two months our case was in the mail. Five months later we had our interview. And two months ago we received our green card. So it took less than one year.

All I’m saying is, be very careful handing this firm any money to retain their services because once is in their hands, you’ll be ignored and the advise you’ll received will be mediocre at best. There are much better law firms out there.
