Eric has been my attorney for about 7 years if not longer for various issues. Mainly for my divorce which nobody else could wrap up..... Eric is excellent at what he does and has also represented my interests in other matters which ended in great results. He's professional, smart and he actually cares about his clients. Mr. Hamilton represented a sweet young lady friend of mine in 2002-03 facing a bogus Sex Offence case where there was absolutely NO EVIDENCE against her and was Only a Here say "witness" challenging her. He was over heard telling the D.A. that he would "scare her" in to taking the Plea. He did just that. She suffers the consequences of his Misrepresentation to this day! Mr. Hamilton, just because the court appointed you to represent someone ( public defender) status, doesn't make it okay to be so uncaring and calloused, tossing her entire future away thoughtlessly. SHAME ON YOU! I doubt she was the first or last person you've wronged in this way. How can you look at your self in the mirror and feel okay with what you've done?

Very unprofessional, will show up to court late, will not reply to emails, or return calls. Be weary or his demeanor for he will pretend to care only to take your money.

My husband and I had an bad experience with this attorney we have to hire another one to get what my husband deserves in regards to custody and visitation.. all he had to say was be greatful you have them at all. He cared more about leaving early and go drinking.

This man is a swindler!!! He took our $2000 fee and came to court twice unprepared and got our case thrown out for not knowing what was in our file. Then decided he was done and refused to take my calls and I'm no closer to having my kids back. Don't use him.
