My attorney, Jason Bell, was outstanding!

Over the past 2 years, 11 months, and 20 days of dealing with my case, there were times I just wanted to surrender and settle, but Jason talked me off the ledge in a calm and professional manner. I am sincerely grateful to Jason for his advice, patience, communication, and the fact that he truly took the time to listen to the littlest things that I have given up because of this accident and subsequent spinal fusion surgery.

I am grateful that Mr. Bell helped me through the very complicated process of suing my own insurance company because they didn't want to pay my Uninsured Motorist Claim. As a consumer, I assumed that having a substantial policy, paying my premiums on time, and being a responsible driver, would make my insurance company immediately pay for the severe and life-altering damages caused by the uninsured driver.
I WAS WRONG!

My advice: Research accident attorneys, get a free consultation early in the process, and don't trust your own insurance company to "do the right thing!" They have attorneys working for them, you need one working for YOU!

I met with one of the newer Attorney's and he was totally unprofessional. He was not Minority friendly. The front desk lady was amazing.

Kevin Kooligian is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would steer clear of this so called practice because all minor cases are given to associates that have no idea what they are doing or how to handle a client. They overlooked a bill that would have significantly changed my settlement that they suggested I settle for! Horrible. And when I confronted them they HUNG UP ON ME ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, and refused my calls. All this time I was living more than 2 hours away and couldn’t talk to them in person as much as if I lived in the area. Horrible service. Horrible professionalism. Horrible people over all. I guess You get one good case and you think you are untouchable. I will never recommend you to anyone for the rest of my life.

After having been referred by a former client of mine, I called to see if they could help me re: car accident that had occurred out of town. With no witnesses and in a hopeless "he said - she said" situation, Attorney Jason Bell agreed to take my case. Honestly I was so intimidated when I walked in but everyone was so laid back and kind that my son and I instantly felt at ease.
