This attorney is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with , Capozzi takes your money don’t return phone calls and and never bothers to work or complete your case that he was paid to complete . I’m still waiting after almost 3 years in a case Capozzi said that would take 1 year hey certificate of rehabilitation later that’s it . Ave your money and time don’t use this looser ...

Recently bought an item from his ebay page (he goes by storm_fox). Item was not shipped, he doesn't reply messeges at all and I've had to escalate the case to paypal for a refund. Several other buyers leaving negative reviews on his ebay page saying they have been scammed with no bought items shipped to them.
Beware and steer clear of this scam artist!!!!!

Unprofessional, not knowledgeable and a headache to work with. If I could give negative stars I would. I'll save all the intricate details of why I feel no one should ever hire him, but they are that bad. Put your money to good use.
