I was referred to Mr. Banks from a co-worker who had used him recently. At first I was a little concerned because he seemed like too much of a nice guy to be an effective divorce attorney. I was pleasantly surprised when we went into court and Mr. Banks ripped my ex a new one!! Not only was I able to get full custody of my kids, but Mr. Banks convinced the judge that my ex should only get supervised visits because of how he had been acting. Bottom line: don't be worried about Mr. Banks' easy going demeanor when you first meet him, because if you have to go to court, he's the guy you want on your side.

Rick Banks and his staff made us feel welcomed. He was very helpful and understanding while facilitating my elderly mother's legal seperation and finally the divorce settlement. We would and do recommend Mr Banks and his firm to anyone needing an professional and knowledgeable attorney.

It was great to deal with Rick and his staff. The divorce process itself was extremely strong and emotional, but having Rick gave me the confidence that I would get everything I deserved and needed to move on with my life. Terrible experience! Thousands of dollars spent with no progress on my divorce case. Two years later still trying to resolve matters on my own that Mr Banks was unable or refused to resolve.

The Law offices or Rick Banks helped me recently with a legal matter, I feel the entire office went above and beyond for me the entire way even after my case was over to tie up loose ends. I felt all my concerns were met and he listened to me and got me the help I needed, his office staff is beyond kind and welcoming, Leanna always went above and beyond and I never fet pressured or rushed in any decision they all worked quickly and helped have a favorable outcome and I would recommend them to anyone, I would go back to this office if I ever need legal help again.

This attorney is a joke. My sister hired him for her divorce case. Half of his staff was fired or quit before anything happened and all he did was file papers called "notices of unavailability" ..he doesn't care about your case..avoid this predator lawyer like a plague

To anyone going through a divorce or child custody Mr banks has my recommendation and for the single dads that are fighting for your rights I highly recommend Mr banks!!! As a dad and deployable service member starting in on a divorce and child custody case my mind was racing with concerns and fears of losing my kids the rumors are out there about courts and fathers and I heard them all and that brought me to The Law Offices of Rick Banks. Mr. Banks and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly to their clients and in my case were able to quickly put things in motion and change them as needed and in court I was pleased with how everything was handled he was firm in any negotiations and in front of the court he didn’t sugar coat anything he said what was wanted and fought for it and in the office his staff is on point they quickly get any paperwork done that you need done and keep communication open with you on the whole process. 5 stars from me I highly recommend his services.

Rick Banks and his staff are nothing but First Class. I have used him as my attorney for a number of years. He and his staff are professional and make you feel comfortable in a time that is hard for you. Needing to hire an attorney isn't an easy thing to do. Going through a Divorce is such a hard thing and to open up your life to a stranger is even worse. He was there for me no matter how many times I reached out to him with questions or concerns. I will continue to use him and recommend him to everyone I know!

This is a waste to spend money on this guy :( we hired this guy to help us with our child support and they said of course we where paying to much and he needed &3500 down used almost all of it and when we went to court last week my child support went up not down:( he should of told me that was possible but instead he took our money and since the court date we have not even heard from him. I guess he knows he is wrong. I would never hire him for anything else.

Mr. Banks was effective in representing me in a divorce case. He is not cheap but worth the money in the long run.

Going through a divorce and trying to assume custody of your children can take a toll On your body and on your mind. Attorney Rick Banks and his staff not only were they professional but they had a way to somehow put you at ease by being very direct and honest in regards to the possible outcomes of the case.
Obviously every case is different but in my situation Mr. Banks was able to prove my case and the results superseded my expectations.
