Jonette Montgomery and the AMAZING team at Diaz law firm has been absolutely wonderful in helping us resolve a civil real estate matter with a difficult and hot head defendant. They are extremely professional and make complicated legal issues super simple and easy to understand. They are very quick through both email and phone. When you call you always reach one of their front office staff office, never an answering machine. No matter how busy Jonette or her team has been they have ALWAYS fit us into the daily schedule. This has included same day appointments (even when we called at 3:30pm).

Her amazing team has sent files over during crazy court days. There billing department is amazing. They have a fantastic billing system that that is always up to date with easy to read invoices that clearly outline what one is being billed for. They accept credit cards so no need to overnight a check or worry if a payment has been received in the mail.

I have utilized this firm for several legal matters. They have been extremely professional and provided positive results.

Diaz law firm is 1.7 miles from the Hanford superior court. I filed paper work with them to file for the court so I can have my minute orders for child custody ..they have yet to move 1.7 miles away to file that paper work and in the mean time their client has broken orders on multiple occasions and I can not do anything without that paper work! I feel they're Harboring that paper work until she leaves the country so I can not file a police report and send my ex back to court! File my orders so the judge can sign it !! Your client is breaking the minute orders and it's been over 2 weeks since I have seen my kids !!!

From my own experience and a case that ended up without what I wanted, they are too expensive and every time you ask them a question or just call them for something they charge you for it. So my best advice is to stay away from them. They are rip off
