I did not like to help but that lawyer's office

This review is long overdue! I hired Brian Tatarian Law Office back in 2000, for divorce proceedings. Mr. Tatarian office isn’t like other firms that make you feel like you are one out of hundreds of clients. Mr. Tatarian was professional and very attentive to my needs. Mr. Tatarian goes out of its way to give you a personalized experience. Mr. Tatarian was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. I was very pleased with the outcome of the settlement and divorce proceedings.
Now let’s forward time to 2019, while preparing for retirement, I was trying to place a stop order on my income withholding for support by my employer. I had a tricky situation to overcome with my employer and therefore needed the assistance of Mr. Tatarian Office. This extraordinarily circumstance led me to his assistant Olga Lozano. After explaining the matter, without hesitation Olga sprang into action. The unforeseen matter was resolved expeditiously! Olga handled this situation extraordinarily well. Olga has a phenomenal legal mind and has vast experience. Olga was very understanding, compassionate and was a relentless defender for her client.
Collectively, Mr. Tatarian and Olga Lozano truly care about their clients. Both will go out of the way to advocate for what is best for the client. I needed assistance with divorce in 2000, and in 2019, with a technical matter. Most recently, I was very pleased by how knowledgeable and confident Olga was. A quality attorney

The following is based upon my experience with Brian Tatarian as my divorce attorney.

I selected Brian as my divorce attorney from a long list of prospective lawyers. Brian had an excellent reputation within the divorce lawyer community. Once he was on my case, it was clear his knowledge of the Family Code was second to none. His paralegal, Kim, deserves credit also as she is very knowledgeable. Brian and Kim labored through my case for several years trying to bring it to a close dealing with unreasonable demands from a slew of opposing counselors. Unfortunately, my ex-wife simply wanted to litigate everything, and I mean EVERYTHING! (Even things like property that had little value compared to the actual cost of litigation.) This was the only ‘issue’ I had with Brian (note I didn’t say ‘negative’). For reasons that were unclear to me, he didn’t seem to want to force the issue and take my case to full trial. It was my opinion that’s what it was going to take- ‘force’. Ultimately, my case was handed over to another attorney who REALLY screwed things up. That resulted in what is probably Fresno’s County’s longest running divorce case at almost 9 years. But those were unforeseen circumstances. Nevertheless, Brian represented me very well. He is a tough negotiator and his knowledge of the Family Code will make sure your rights are protected. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian for anyone that truly wants to get divorced and move on with their lives. Brian does NOT want to litigate for no other reason but to simply ‘litigate’, and he is a better person for it. (BEWARE of other pettifogger lawyers who do!)
